The Call of the Goddess – The Sacred Power of Women -photography exhibition
"The Call of the Goddess – The Sacred Power of Women" is a photography exhibition that brings to light strong women from mythology from Finland and around the world. The exhibition takes us on a journey to the power, wisdom and appreciation of the sacred feminine, bringing to light forgotten and silenced stories. Who are they and what do they have to tell us today?
Since masculine power has long dominated the world, it is time to highlight the sacred dimension of femininity, which has remained in the shadows for centuries. This exhibition reminds us that every woman carries within her divine wisdom and courage that deserves to be seen.
Goddesses awaken us to look at women – and ourselves – with new eyes. Even if the world constantly tries to convince us otherwise, they remind us that we are enough just the way we are. Within all of us lives millennia of wisdom, courage and beauty, waiting to be seen and heard.
Fascinating archetypes act as mirrors that reveal our possibilities and resources – let yourself explore these stories. I hope they also spark thoughts about what the sacred power within you could mean.
On the opening day, Saturday, February 8, 2025, there will be an open house from 12:00 to 16:00 at the Zen Out yoga studio in Kirkkonummi. The exhibition will live in the rhythm of yoga classes until the end of March, after which it will continue its inspiring journey forward.
In July, the exhibition will be on display at Natural High Healing Festival in Uusikaupunki.
Warmly welcome!
